Our recipe uses the finest quality ground Almond nuts instead of wheat flour so it’s naturally gluten-free and perfect for those with food intolerances or as part of your Keto lifestyle.


  • 100% Pure South African Almond Nuts (Ground)
  • Erythritol (Non-Nutritive Sweetener)
  • Pecan Nuts
  • Coconut (Milled)
  • Spices (Cinnamon & Nutmeg)
  • Baking Powder
  • Himalayan Pink Salt


  • Allergens: Tree Nuts

Cake Frosting Recipe

You will need: Juice of half a lemon, 20G Erythritol, 140G Cream Cheese, 2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  1. Dissolve Erythritol in the Lemon Juice
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix well to remove any lumps
  3. Spread over cake
  4. Decorate with chopped Pecans (optional)
