They are not only deliciously crunchy, but also low in carbs, gluten free and sugar free. Each serving of 2 biscuits contains only 0.5 gram carbs and are packaged in stay fresh packs ideal for lunch boxes and on the go. INGREDIENTS: Desiccated Coconut, Macadamia Nut Flour (Tree Nuts), Whey Powder (Cow’s Milk), Coconut Cream (Coconut Extract, Water),  Erythritol (7.4%) (Non-Nutritive Sweetener), Butter (Cream) (Cow’s Milk) ,Coconut Cream Coconut Extract, Water),   Coconut Flour, Dark Chocolate (5%) (Cocoa beans, Erythritol, Xylitol, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin),  Eggs (free Range), Cream of Tartar, Bicarbonate of Soda, Flavouring, Coarse Salt, Steviol Glycosides (<1%) (Non-Nutritive Sweetener).
